It was central to where I needed to be. Unfortunately, my motorcycle was stolen within hours of arrival; the carpark could have been more secure.

Everything was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was lovely, and a Wetherspoons was nearby for food. I was traveling by bicycle and the staff were very helpful with secure storage. The hotel is conveniently close to the Trans Pennine Cycle Trail, so I would stay there again. Highly recommended. Nothing to note otherwise.

The location was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The place was extremely noisy until the early hours, the rooms were dated, and the glazing was very thin.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the barmaid’s friendliness. It was convenient that we could leave our bike in the room. The location is central, close to the Trans Pennines Trail. The bar below the room was cramped, and the people hanging around looked marginal. The traffic was busy, which was a bit annoying.
