“Fijn!”

The reception was friendly. We received a free (and unsolicited) upgrade to a spacious Chalet room, which we really appreciated because after booking we discovered we had to cross the hallway to reach the bathroom. The Chalet room has an ensuite bathroom. It was quite cool outside in the evening, so the good heating was also highly valued. The bed and linens were very comfortable. There is a good parking space on the premises and a great breakfast buffet. Restaurants are a bit far, but driving there is no problem at all. A kettle is available on the balcony. Nothing to complain about. The only thing I might mention: some lighting above the tables would be nice.

I found the place very cute, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good, but I would have liked cups, an iron, and a hair dryer already in the room.

Breakfast featured freshly cooked eggs, Salzburg, Munich, Tegernsee, Chiemsee, etc. are easily reachable, and the hikes right on site or in the Wild Kaiser are very nice.
