What they mentioned in Booking .com Location Hotel not available. Wrong information and no body contacted we tried to contact that no. also wrong. Totally fraud scam

The spot is great, but almost every room had a glitch. I had to swap rooms three times on day one because of issues like the main door that wouldn’t lock and the staff saying “don’t worry, we’ll keep an eye on it via CCTV” while I was away, a door that wouldn’t latch from the inside, broken faucets, a broken towel hanger, a geyser that didn’t work at all, a fan that spun at a very low speed, an elevator that was basically a dummy and never operated, no regular housekeeping, a complimentary breakfast that I’d paid extra for but was denied, a room that didn’t have a queen‑size bed but a single bed instead of what was described, and charging sockets that were broken and hanging off the internal wire.

I had confirmed my booking, but they called and hung up when I returned my calls; they didn’t answer at all. When we arrived at 8 pm with our family and kids, they assigned us separate rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors, far apart, and claimed the lift wasn’t working even though it actually did. The staff’s behaviour was poor, so I went to the next building and asked for a stay; they offered immediately and we were lucky to get it. Families should avoid this place.
