“Excelente”

It’s super pretty, clean, the rooms are huge, the bathrooms are also big, the pool was lovely and clean, and the staff are wonderful. The sunrise is 10‑10. There’s a small jacuzzi that’s nice, a tiny beach about a 2‑minute walk, the food is great and not too expensive.

“Enjoyable stay but the maintenance issues take away from the experience”

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a partial ocean view from our room, which was lovely. The food was very good and the grounds were clean, well maintained and fresh. The pool was also very nice and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel needs significant maintenance and upkeep. The door to our room had a large gap underneath, so we had to place towels along the bottom to keep lizards and insects from getting inside. The property also needs fresh paint, and some of the wood appeared to be rotting and in need of replacement. The pool area also needs attention. Several of the umbrellas had visible rust, and parts of the fence surrounding the pool were broken. When we first arrived, there was also a very unpleasant smell in the room, which may have been related to the sargassum in the water. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but it would greatly benefit from some much‑needed maintenance and renovations.

“Hotel para pasar una noche”

The staff are very attentive, from reception to the restaurant. The green area and the restaurant food. The balconies are very abandoned and the outdoor areas are dirty, the garbage cans are full of trash and the outer doors are destroyed.
