“Bene ma non benissimo.”
The spa and couple’s route were fantastic, and the ladies were very polite and professional. The bar staff and waiters were fast and friendly, and the pool area was impeccably clean. However, the reception staff seemed bored and rude. The room’s soundproofing could be better; the curtain let in a lot of light early in the morning. Using the towels cost extra, and that wasn’t mentioned in the amenities list. Headphones were mandatory, which is fine, but it should be noted during booking. I was disappointed by the restaurant, which offered only three starters—including a busiata trapanese and spaghetti aglio e olio—and just two mains: a chicken slice and grilled swordfish. For an anniversary dinner at a hotel of this caliber, the menu didn’t meet our expectations.
