A new hotel near MRT, LRT, and the airport. There is a mall nearby too. The hotel is located in a very rough area that looks like a slum. On my first day there was no electricity due to maintenance. The hotel elevator is still under construction. The room is tiny and I found cockroaches. I also had to share the air con with the room next to me, which means you can’t turn on/off or control the temperature. Walls are paper thin, so unfortunately you hear a lot of noise. Terrible Wi-Fi. I stayed 3 days and not once did housekeeping clean the bathroom!
The customer service was excellent, but I didn’t realize I’d booked a dance room that shared a toilet and bathroom.

I stayed only one night and left immediately. The staff were kind but there was no hot water in the shower, and the room we got had a window that wouldn’t close, so they moved us to a smaller room without telling us. The smell was unpleasant, and there was no curtain in the shower so water sprayed everywhere.
