The location and the room were excellent. The amenities were there, but there were no water glasses, the microwave didn’t open the entrance door, a trick caused the water to stop on our second day so we couldn’t use the bathroom or shower, and a staff member spoke badly to us because there was a dirty common bathroom, even though we only used our room’s bathroom.

The place should have a sign to help locate it, and it should state that the room has no shower.
