Great value, especially with breakfast included and a reserved parking spot. Everyone, even the owner, was super friendly and helpful; they gladly swapped my twin for a double room. The room was quieter than expected and the water pressure was excellent. I didn’t use the gym, but the equipment looked well maintained. At this price there’s nothing to complain about.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the gate. It’s quiet, clean, and the staff actively ask if you need help. Housekeeping adds little surprises. This was my third time in Chiang Mai and the best sleep I’ve had so far.

The spot is great, the room feels super comfy and spotlessly clean, and the staff are genuinely nice. Breakfast has a decent range of food even though the place is small, and the water pressure is excellent. The gym, however, needs some upkeep and more weight plates.

The included breakfast was delicious, the location excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, the laundry service quick, the room very comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The only issue was the lack of sockets on the bedside tables; everything else was great.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here. The proximity to the city center, modern facilities, staff, and especially the cleanliness stand out. If you’re after quality at a good price, don’t hesitate—highly recommended. No complaints.
