I was upset that they took money from my card and used it to cover someone else’s deposit after I had already left the hotel.

“Would sleep on park bench over this place.”

I had the worst hotel experience ever. The first room they gave us was wet and had equipment blocking the floor. The second room was not what I paid for, and there was no elevator on that floor, so I had to go back down again. When I finally got a king room, the desk clerk had to fetch a key and the door wouldn’t open; he needed a tool and it took 25 minutes to unlock it. I wanted to leave at that point, but they wouldn’t refund the room. I called and explained everything; Muhammed confirmed the details and said the hotel was contacting its owner. An hour later I returned to the desk, only to be told they still wouldn’t refund. Someone lied to me. The motel was very run down, outdated, and many things weren’t working, so I won’t stay here again. I hated everything and the experience.

The room cost was reasonable, but there was no breakfast offered—only cold cereal.

“Good”

Check‑in was always smooth, the staff were really nice, and the room didn’t have the smell I’d gotten on my first stay, which was a big plus. Some guests were arguing and fighting during my stay, which was annoying, but the staff handled it. Overall, it was a much better stay than my first visit! The only downside was that the bed felt a little damp.
