Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The location is right in nature, though a note about some ground clearance in the description would have helped. For us endurance athletes it was actually quite pleasant :-) It was hard to find despite GPS, but doable if you try every path to the end, you eventually find the right one… It’s a bit of geocaching.

The place is genuinely stunning, and it’s clear the owners started off on the right track with large rooms and a nice terrace. The pool is gorgeous and you’ll make the most of it if that’s what you’re after, though the location is quite remote. Having only 5 units means you’re really quiet and that’s a big plus. On the downside, the property is a few years old and the owners haven’t updated the gear, which is starting to feel a bit excessive. The mattress is awful and very uncomfortable (you can feel the springs in your back), the pots have almost no Teflon left, the cutlery is broken and bent, and the old lamps are faded. It’s a shame because when you travel so many kilometers to a secluded spot, you still want good equipment. I’d also add that the mower was in front of our table at 21:00, we were 45 minutes late to be welcomed, and they cut our power all night to punish us for wanting to charge our car (they could have just told us). In short, if everyone’s saying the equipment is old, it needs to be replaced! Cheers

The property is tucked into greenery, a true oasis of calm. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, and the pool was very pretty and tidy. The only drawback is that the 1 km drive to the site is on a very narrow, unpaved road.

An oasis of peace in Garfagnana! We had a great time; the apartment was spacious enough for a couple and two kids (it could even fit another couple), and the pool is truly beautiful. A wonderfully relaxing holiday! The entrance road is rough and unpaved, but it doesn’t pose any problems.
