The staff were extremely helpful, which I say because I have a disability and they made everything as easy as possible for me. Even though I had to walk a bit on a trail from the lodge to the lake, everything worked out and I was able to enjoy it. The lake is gorgeous! I recommend the stay and the place to everyone. For a person without a disability there’s nothing to complain about, but for a disabled person you need to check if it’s possible to move around a bit to the lake. I managed because my two children helped me. I don’t know if there’s any hotel right on the lake, but for a disabled person I recommend something like this. As I said, I managed because I had help. But it isn’t possible to move from the lodge to the lake with a walker. If you don’t have a disability, believe me, it’s one of the best places to stay!

“Lugar para recarregar as energias!”

We loved everything! The room was amazing with huge beds, breakfast was well supplied, and the staff were attentive. We were surrounded by nature, the place is beautiful, tree‑covered, peaceful and very clean. Access to Lagoa do Paraíso lives up to its name and we never wanted to leave. My friends and husband adored it too! We’re already planning to return. Thanks to everyone at Casa B&B.

“Boa estrutura para aproveitar a lagoa do Paraíso.”

The location is great, almost right on the edge of Lagoa do Paraíso. All the gear to enjoy the lake—chairs, loungers, and a bar—is there. The patio’s external layout could use some improvement; there’s a garden, a chicken coop, and a mix of things that feel cluttered. The rooms, however, are excellent and everything inside them is tidy.

The lake right by the hotel is a real perk – you can step onto the pier, swing in a water hammock or grab a parasol that’s actually in the water. On the flip side, the whole place looks a bit rundown and you can tell maintenance isn’t a priority.

“Increíble la playa del hotel”

The stretch of beach is stunning and the hotel’s restaurant served some tasty dishes, plus my room was spotless. Still, the rooms felt a little plain and the breakfast spread was pretty thin.
