Nothing. The experience was a nightmare: everything was closed on arrival, only opened after several phone calls. Breakfast was of the lowest quality, with no bread variety, no spreads, no egg options, coffee only after request and a wait, and a second cup reluctantly offered. The beds were not made for three days, with no cleaning or towel service. Finally, the host (probably to avoid taxes) refused to issue a receipt. Please investigate how this place gets such a good rating.
