We never even arrived because there were no rooms available, so they couldn’t honor our reservation.

Getting to our destination was easy, but the beds were too hard and uncomfortable.

The location was good, but the staff were extremely rude. They couldn’t locate our reservation, refused to speak with me, and hung up on the people who were trying to help. We had to cancel and find another hotel on short notice.
