All in all, the staff were excellent and super polite; we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent, close to shops and the beach. Breakfast was wonderful, there’s parking, the staff were attentive, and I’ll definitely return—I loved it.

The service and location were great, but I was disappointed because I booked a room with a hot tub that wasn’t working. They said it would be fixed the next day, but it never was. They refunded part of the money, which was fine, but it was frustrating. I only book rooms with hot tubs every year; it’s essential for me. I hated that. They offered to let me stay another day, but it was my birthday and my husband’s, so I couldn’t reschedule and it would have cost more than I could afford.

I absolutely loved staying at Dom Fernandes and I’ll definitely be back; the staff are flawless, always helping in the best possible way. The on‑site restaurant is also excellent, the team there wonderful, and the location is superb, just steps from the beach with a delicious breakfast.
