The location was central to downtown Toronto. The room, typical for a city hotel, was very spacious and offered good value for the price paid. Occasionally the street noise was a bit loud.

古いホテルの伝統のある感じがよかった。立地も便利。. デポジットとしてカードの提示だけじゃなく17000円の利用通知が上がったので返金されるか不安だった。テレビがつかなかった。

The building is old but the rooms are spotless and cozy, and the spot is perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront, main sights, and the mall. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was amazing. Nothing to complain about.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center. The new building has comfortable rooms, but the price is really high for the limited services. Cleaning definitely needs work—service was sloppy and I had to ask for shower gel at reception. It could use improvement.

They claim you only pay if you stay, but that’s not true; they charged me for the entire stay.
