The suite is spacious and comfortable, offers a view of the Prophet’s Mosque, is close to the Women’s Gate, and we liked that the suite elevators are separate from the room elevators, which reduced congestion and sped up travel; the room service was very responsive, breakfast and dinner were varied, the food quality was excellent, and the suite was impeccably clean.

The hotel is very close to the Haram, and it is clean and beautiful.

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the furniture needs updating and the bathrooms are old; some have a bad smell and I noticed they are being renovated.
