The location was good, close to the airport and bus stops, there was air conditioning, two large rooms, and a bathroom. There was no kitchen or table. The walls were very thin, everything could be heard through the wall, and the entrance was quite narrow.

I liked the room’s location and the host’s kindness and availability. For any need I could write directly to the host and the response was always very quick. In the room we had an umbrella (already included in the room price) that we could bring to the beach, which is very convenient, especially for those arriving by plane. The location is convenient to the main beaches of San Teodoro and also to the center. You travel by car, but the trips are still very short. The property offers a reserved and quiet parking spot near the room. I advise reading the services section carefully, especially the “kitchen” part. In the general services list there is a “kitchen” entry, but it is not present in all rooms! So be careful which room you book if you really need a kitchen. In my room there was only a mini fridge, a kettle with two tea cups, two coffee cups, and two glasses. A more thorough read would have definitely avoided this surprise, so I recommend checking better which option you book.

The host was very friendly, the place was spacious and close to the beach La Cinta, and you can park your car right outside the door. There were no seating areas, and although it’s technically an apartment, it’s basically just a room. For us it worked out fine because there were two separate rooms with double beds.
