Everything was perfect. The staff were pleasant and helped me arrange a private driver for the whole trip; they also assisted with buying Jordan Passes and the breakfasts were tasty. We’re very satisfied.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, price, and the staff are very helpful, with services that add value for the cost. Overall everything is good, but the reception area and main entrance could use an update, and some rooms need refurbishment.
