Cleanliness and comfort. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly on the first day. On the second day we had no hot water in the shower and in the bathroom tap, so I had to ask to shower in another room because the person who fixes the hot water would take 2 hours to arrive.

The bed was comfy and the air‑conditioning really useful. Walking to the city centre, bus stops and grocery markets was quick. I also appreciated the two bottles of water and the chocolate as a small gesture from the hotel. When I had issues, the owners responded promptly and got in touch. One thing to note: the hotel sits on a main road, so traffic is constant and loud, though the windows are fairly well sound‑proofed. There are a few minor fixes that would make the stay nicer, like a toilet‑paper holder – it was always on a small table behind the toilet.

The location is great, not far from the centre, with self‑check‑in available and all the basics covered (towels, soap dispenser, water bottles). The room assigned is on the ground floor and a bit lower than the street, which is a main road, so you can hear some noise.

The interior feels cosy, simple yet with a hint of chic. The room was extra clean. The fridge is small but functional. I’d add a diffuser or room spray, but that’s just my perfume obsession. The staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive.
