The staff here were absolutely lovely, always smiling and willing to help. It's a shame the shower wasn't up to par, though - I was looking forward to a hot soak after a long day, but unfortunately it was just a cold trickle. Despite that, the warmth of the staff made up for it, and I'd definitely come back for another visit.
