The staff were friendly; Barbara was very helpful and attentive, and Sabrina made a personalized, careful, and delicious breakfast. Both were kind in their interactions. The highlight of the lodge is its people. We love Caraíva, but if you need to sleep early in Caraíva, Pousada Jardim da Praça isn’t the best choice because it’s right on Igreja Square, where restaurants play live music—so if you’re there to party, you’ll be in the right spot.

“Voltaria sem dúvida”

Sabrina was a sweetheart, super attentive and cooks incredibly well. The bar next door is very noisy for anyone who wants to sleep, but we didn't mind.

I stayed at this pousada in Caraíva and it was an excellent experience! The location is simply perfect—literally next to the church and surrounded by several restaurants, which made our stay very convenient. I want to give a special thank you to Sereia, who prepared our breakfast with so much care. Everything was always delicious and made with great attention! She also took care of the cleaning with a lot of care, leaving everything immaculate. For those looking for something quieter, you might be bothered by the noise, because I was there during Holy Week and there were parties and music in the bars and restaurants around. It wasn’t an issue for me, but if you’re sensitive to noise, it might bother you.

“Recomendo”

We had a great experience at Jardim da Praça. Camila, the owner, is polite and attentive, always helpful when we needed something. The room is well‑maintained, organized and comfortable. I especially liked the wardrobe space, which makes a big difference for those staying more than a day or two—everything fits easily, no feeling of living in a suitcase. The breakfast area is very pleasant and the coffee is very good, well‑served and prepared with care. Also a shout‑out to Sereia, always friendly and helpful, making mornings even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, right on the Igrejinha square in Caraíva—great for walking around and enjoying the little town. I would definitely come back.
