I booked the place, showed up and found the whole building under renovation. The owner told me to get in touch with the reservation site for a refund, so I emailed them and finally got the money back via PIX. Just a heads‑up: call ahead to make sure the place isn’t closed for works, because the website doesn’t say anything about it.

Rafa is always super friendly and quick to help, which made the stay pleasant. The spot is right in the middle of everything and the rooms are quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. All in all, a nice, hassle‑free experience.

The location can’t be beat – right where you need to be. The only downside was the shower, which had a few clogged holes and barely gave out water; a simple clean‑up would fix it. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Staying here was convenient because the area is excellent. The shower, however, was a bit weak – some holes seemed blocked, so the flow was low. A quick maintenance check would solve the problem.

The owner is really welcoming and the room was comfortable, plus the location is spot on for getting around. The only thing missing was a little tourist desk with brochures or guide contacts, which would have been handy. Still, a solid stay overall.
