“Perfect location for our event.”
The location was very convenient, but it was noisy; you could hear people next door and in the hallways.

The food was just okay. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:00 am, expecting me to leave even though check‑out was at 11:00, which was rude. Breakfast was delivered late and was awful. It was too expensive for the sub‑par service staff. The staff need a lot more training. They are trying to be a 4‑5 star hotel, but at best it is mediocre and not worth the cost.

The place was beautiful and the pool was great. Nothing to complain about.

The valet service could use improvement; it was understaffed during busy times.
