The location is the most positive feature of the place, just a 5‑minute walk from the seafront but in a very quiet and non‑traffic‑congested spot. The rooms are simple but clean, and the lady is very kind. Some aspects of the house could be improved, but if you’re content with a sober and welcoming place, it’s a good choice.

We stayed there for one week. The hotel was really nice and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect; everything is close and you only need to walk. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the woman who kindly washed our clothes for us—such incredible hospitality! We felt like family. Highly recommend this place if you want a warm, personal experience in Medulin, Croatia. You made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely come back! Thank you Mario & Ruffa.

Gabriella’s hospitality was fantastic; she welcomed us, gave us all the necessary information, offered us a welcome grappa, entertained us, and spoke excellent English. She is studying and also speaks Italian. She is always available and very approachable as a host. Before we left, she also gave us information on how to buy some local products.

We found the place in a prime spot, just a few minutes from the city center, the beach, the promenade and the port. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and we had excellent communication from check‑in to check‑out. The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos and description on Booking. The price‑to‑quality ratio was spot on, and we felt comfortable the whole time. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.
