The location was great.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially the doormen during the day, and they delivered extra pillows without any hassle. However, the hotel turned into a club on weekends; after dinner, we were forced to show our room key to a large, rude doorman at the front door.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the cleaning was spot‑on, but the room felt a bit dark.

The location is great, but the place is too dark and the staff didn’t respond quickly enough.
