We stayed at Schloss Aichberg and it was flawless; the blend of historic castle vibes, a museum, and contemporary art felt one of a kind. The rooms were stunning and fully equipped. We were especially delighted by the warm hosts, delicious breakfast, and breathtaking views. The peaceful surroundings were perfect for hiking and unwinding. A perfect 10/10 – we’ll definitely return!

Breakfast served by a local gentleman was tasty, generous, and made from home‑grown ingredients, presented in a beautiful setting. The area offers safe cycling routes, and it’s a very peaceful destination.

The old castle was lovely, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The quiet village is close to a supermarket and restaurants. I found it eclectic and was glad to stay here.

A gem in eastern Styria, housed in historic walls. Breakfast was excellent and the castle lord impressed with deep historical knowledge. Highly recommended!
