It was excellent, fresh, and the attendant was extremely personable and helpful—nothing else comes to mind.

The location was good, yet the coffee machine still had an old K‑cup from a previous guest, spiders and other random bugs appeared in the bathroom, I was glad it was only there, there were problems getting the fridge to the right temperature, and something was hanging on the back of the bathroom door from a previous guest.

Breakfast was great and the location was decent. The staff were friendly. The TV in our room didn't work, the hallways and rooms looked a bit dated and almost run‑down, and there was no elevator, which is surprising to see anywhere in Canada these days.
