The rooms were pathetic, bathrooms were filthy, and the linen was dirty; when I asked, staff claimed the stains were from chemicals used in washing, which was absurd. The photos were misleading and the reality was far worse. Service was also terrible, with rude staff who wouldn’t even give us basic items like toilet paper and towels. At midnight, in freezing cold, my family and I had to find another hotel and move our belongings, but we were denied any refund. Calling OYO was useless—they just put me in a conference with the property staff who insisted we had left our stuff in the rooms for over an hour, when we hadn’t touched anything. I wish I had never booked this place! I suspect some collusion—how did this worthless place get such a great rating? Check the Google reviews for the truth.

I couldn’t find the hotel after two hours of searching by taxi, and no one answered the phone.
