The staff were accommodating and the parking spaces were handy. However, the hotel’s claim of “family rooms” is misleading; it isn’t a family hotel at all. We intended a quick stopover, but hygiene problems, broken beds, and stains forced us to leave after dinner and drive two hours to another hotel. There was no lobby or staff to complain to after check‑in, so the hotel should at least provide clearer information.
