I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever, definitely not a 3‑star place. We stayed on the night of 16 September and checked out around 9 AM on 17 September. I paid about ₹4,000 for the night, and for that price even the most basic facilities were missing. We had booked a room with separate beds, but were first shown a room with joined beds. The receptionist seemed unaware of our request and we waited more than half an hour before being given a room with separate beds. Once in the room, there was no kettle, no tea/coffee/milk sachets, no glasses, no handwash, no shampoo, and not even a TV remote—basic items that any decent hotel should have. I had to go down to reception 3–4 times just to ask for these necessities. At night, the watchman was apparently the only one handling things; he first came to our room with only water bottles. I had to return to reception again for the kettle, glasses, tea/coffee supplies, remote, etc. Later a teenage boy brought some items, but the remote was still missing. The worst part came the next morning: at about 8:15 AM there was absolutely no water in the taps as we were getting ready to leave. Several other guests also complained to reception about the same issue. The receptionist offered no real explanation, repeatedly saying, “Aisa pehli baar hua hai,” and claimed they did not keep stored water because this had never happened before. That answer was shocking. Running a hotel without any proper backup water arrangement is unacceptable. Saying there was never a problem before is like saying, “There has never been a fire, so we never bothered keeping a fire extinguisher.” No staff answered, no water.

The location was good and the staff was helpful, yet check‑in was slow and we had to spend a good amount of time at reception before getting into the room; the TV’s sound quality was awkward.

The bed was good, the room was big enough, and the location was fine, but the fridges were dirty, the washrooms were not clean, a washroom smell reached the bedroom, no kettle was provided for hot water, no coffee, tea bags, or cups were supplied, and no towels were given, so we had to move rooms because of the smell.
