This hotel's location is spot on, and the staff are super helpful. One thing that was a bit tricky was that nobody speaks English, so I had to rely on a translation app to get by. Not a huge deal, but it would've been nice to have some English speakers on hand. Overall, though, it's a great choice for travelers who don't mind a little extra effort.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the room was clean and comfy, and the water dispenser was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the morning shift lady who went out of her way to help me book museum tickets using her own phone. The location was perfect - close to the train station, but quiet and easy to get away from the crowds during Guoqing Jie. I had a lot of questions as a solo traveler in China, and the staff were always happy to help.

This hotel's in a great spot in Changsha's commercial area, but I wasn't a fan of the 800 yuan deposit they required, and the communication with the front desk staff was pretty poor on that and other issues.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, and the room was spacious. However, the bathroom still had a bathtub, which I'd prefer to see replaced with a wet room setup. It's a bit of a trek to get to the nearest subway station, and public transportation is your only option for getting around. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but a few tweaks could make it even better.

The breakfast selection was okay, not amazing, but it was good enough. I appreciated that the metro station was right next door, making it easy to get around the city. However, I was a bit disappointed to notice that the lobby and elevators still smelled like smoke, despite the no-smoking policy. On the plus side, the hotel was a good distance from the train station, which was a relief.
