The property is very well located and clean. The check‑in was painful; we were two adults and a baby and it took us 45 minutes. The pad to check in barely worked and we had to repeat information.

Beds with a shelf. Breakfast was good. The check‑in was appalling, taking an hour because the IT check‑in system was extremely cumbersome. Staff were dour and unhelpful. Black and dark.

The room stayed pretty warm and there was no way to change the temperature. I wish there had been a thermostat or at least a way to cool it down.

The place looks modern inside and out, and our family cabin was nicely roomy for a summer stay. The grill restaurant served good food and breakfast had a decent selection, though at this price I expected a higher‑quality spread. The all‑digital check‑in was a hassle – the door wouldn’t open on arrival, we spent almost an hour locked out later, and the staff never got back to us, which felt unacceptable for the price.

Location couldn't be better – just steps from the car park and the main facilities. The room was spotless and very functional, and the breakfast even offered gluten‑free options. The only downside was that the room was hard to ventilate, making it feel a bit stuffy at times.
