The bed was uncomfortable.

The location was handy, though traffic noise was a bit annoying.

The spot was decent, and the bed was fine. The bedding and towels were spotless, and the bathroom was clean. However, the room felt cramped and odd, more like a converted pantry than a proper bedroom, and it sat right next to the kitchen. The floor looked worn or dirty, and I had to use earplugs because of kitchen and corridor noise, plus an eye mask since light seeped through the door. The bathroom is upstairs, which is a hassle, so the price feels too high for the experience; it’s tolerable for one or two nights but still feels off.

It got the job done.

The place was not what was advertised; after inspecting it we couldn’t stay and had to find other accommodation. The hotel wouldn’t refund us, so I’m asking for an investigation and a refund.
