The location is great, and you’re greeted warmly if you arrive by ferry around midnight or later, but the place is already quite worn out; the breakfast was a joke and nothing edible was left once the first ferry departed early.

The underground parking is convenient and the breakfast starts early at 5am, but there’s no gluten‑free option; the constant noise from guests running down the hallways at all hours kept us from sleeping, and we had to get up at 5am for the ferry, plus the hot tap in the bathroom didn’t work.

We liked the location, the entrance, lobby, and dining areas are great, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, need an upgrade.
