I recently stayed at this charming studio, nestled between Rosenheim and Prien am Chiemsee, and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location is superb, easily accessible by car, and the scenery is idyllic, with a lovely Simssee lake just a short walk away. The studio itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with friendly and competent hosts who even offered a breakfast delivery service.
