A fantastic apartment, one of the best I've ever stayed in (and I travel a lot). It was very clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful, waiting for us in the middle of the night because of a flight delay. Breakfast was a clever idea – a fully stocked fridge with butter, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, juices, two homemade cakes, and plenty of cookies. Parking was hassle‑free. The apartment sits in a small hamlet on the outskirts, near trails, yet close to the town and Ascoli Piceno.

A very pretty, clean, welcoming, and tastefully cared‑for apartment. Francesca greeted us impeccably and was ready to give us advice, making our stay perfect. The breakfast was rich, varied, and tasty, satisfying every guest’s needs with a wide selection of sweet and savory items. I liked everything.
