The cleanliness was good, the rooms were large and spacious, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent and quiet compared to other higher‑star hotels where live music from various restaurants can be heard until almost midnight. The walkways were disappointing, but that isn’t related to the hotel.

The place was nice, close to the beach and local attractions, with friendly staff; I recommend visiting. Finding parking near the facility was easy even though the area was crowded with tourists. Nothing much to complain about; we had a good time and spent most of the day out.

I had a truly pleasant experience at Hotel Hermes in Eforie Nord. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. The location is excellent, near the beach and main attractions, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Hotel Hermes to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation, and we will definitely return.
