Senang nak cari makanan, dekat nak pergi mall, spa atau kedai makan. Bilik ada lipas dan time breakfast tamu sambil hisap rokok di dalam ruangan Air‑con. Bila tanya staff kata boleh merokok hmmm .👎

The hotel is within walking distance to the nearest mall and the room was spotless. No negatives.

The location was fine. The front desk service was very disappointing: on 12 September at about 5:45 AM we had no one at the desk and had to wait a long time before a staff member appeared. When we checked out, the staff asked for our deposit receipt. I explained I couldn’t remember where I had it and suggested the hotel check its records, since the cash deposit had already been paid. Instead of offering help politely, the staff member spoke harshly, unfriendly, and disrespectfully, making me feel guilty. Front desk staff are the face of a hotel and should treat guests with courtesy, patience, and professionalism. This unpleasant experience left a very negative impression at the end of our stay, and I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and improves the frontline staff’s attitude and communication skills.

“Next time not preferred to stay this type hotel no gd view very bad experience”

The location is close to everything, but otherwise the place is very dirty. Morning breakfast had no juice, the noodle test was terrible, and the options were extremely limited.
