“Was good”

The service was good, but there was no microwave and the towel wasn't big enough.

I booked a non‑smoking room for two nights, but they gave me someone else's room, a smoking one, and the smoke had already soaked the room, so I couldn't sleep a single breath. They switched me to another room the next day, but that one had no air‑conditioning, which was very uncomfortable. I usually use Level 3 for bookings, but this was a huge disappointment.

“Buen lugar para una o dos noches.”

The location is great, very close to Jeju airport buses, and there are several local restaurants and shops nearby. The bed and room are comfortable, but the TV doesn't have any streaming channels.
