The human touch in the service is what makes the difference; the staff was there to solve the problems that arose, the location is excellent, and the rooms were clean. The value for money of the accommodation is very good. If I fly to Buenos Aires again, I’ll return. The hotel is classic, maybe a bit old-fashioned but still maintains very high cleaning standards.

The place is a genuinely pleasant spot with charming rooms and helpful staff, right in the downtown area. The breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of dishes. For a four‑star hotel, it would be a professional gesture to provide two complimentary bottles of water. Also, unlike the other hotels we visited in Argentina, this property does not feature electrical outlets compatible with both Argentinian and European plugs. I am pleased that the staff provided a universal adapter upon request. The bathroom is outdated, has a shower curtain, and suffers from poor ventilation, which leads to excessive steam buildup.
