The location and the hotel staff’s service were good, but the air conditioner in the room didn’t cool at all, so we had to change rooms; the new room was slightly cooler but still the same issue.

The hotel is so comfortable and clean! The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is superb, the location is close to many facilities, and the lobby lounge is equipped with a coffee bot.
