The place is close to the Tropic mall and the shower pressure is great. Mosquito nets on the windows, a kind host, and slippers were all there. But the mattresses felt thin, the covers were synthetic, there was dampness in a few spots, navigation was a hassle, it’s far from the city transport station, and the auto‑repair shop downstairs makes a smell when the windows open because the compressor and grinder run early in the morning.

It’s not too far from the train station, close to EKZ, and has a warm counter with a cheap restaurant. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center.
