“Don't book / don't go”
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the utter disaster that was my stay here. I received an email the morning of check-in informing me that the heat wouldn't be working until the next day, which was already a major red flag. But I decided to give it a shot anyway, only to be given an incorrect room access code. With no one to contact, I was left with no choice but to leave.

The hotel was supposed to be a convenient spot for my trip, but the address they provided was completely wrong, and I ended up wasting hours trying to find it. When I finally arrived, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the room was a tiny, dingy space with a broken air conditioner. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

When I tried to talk to management about getting a refund, they completely shut me down.
