“It was great! There's still room for improvement but definitely worth the price.”
We loved the room: a balcony, a connecting spot in the corner that felt private and quiet, and a clean bathroom—big plus. It’s not in the heart of Hoi An Old Town, but the location keeps traffic and noise away while still being close enough to feel safe heading back late. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. We’d definitely recommend it! The only downside was the unclear elevator policy—some buildings don’t have one, so seniors might struggle. The staff were friendly and hauled all our luggage to the 3rd‑floor room, but it seemed rough on the porter who had to shuttle heavy bags back and forth. Still, a wonderful stay overall.
