The spot is good, right opposite the bus stop, with easy access to restaurants and some shopping. The cleaning staff were helpful. At the front desk, the guy was very rude and dishonest, gave me a stinky room on the third floor (actually the fourth floor) and there was no lift, only one room available. He had a room on the first floor but didn’t offer it because I booked online. I asked to cancel and he said we can’t refund, go collect the money.
