The room was clean. The receptionist’s service was very bad.

The staff were friendly. There was a door that opened onto a neighboring room; I opened it thinking it was part of my room, and it was uncomfortable to sleep knowing neighbors could enter my room.

The room was good and the food was fine, but there was a live cockroach in the room.

They didn't serve breakfast there, and the location was a bit far from the city center. The climate control was faulty, it felt very hot, and the pillows had a bad smell.
