The cleanness of the hotel and the friendly staff and welcoming. The tv remote wasn’t working other than that everything else was good

The hotel was close to downtown, but the lift kept tripping its alarm because it seemed too heavy; we only had three people on it, so the limit feels too low and it needs fixing.

The spot was perfect for our work trip, Rome’s rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy, and we could walk to the city centre in just a few minutes. Nothing else to add.
