The location and facilities were fine, the breakfast staff had a positive attitude and were helpful, but the linens could have been fresher and newer.

The rooms were spacious with good views and the staff were very helpful, yet the food selection could have included more items.

The staff were always cooperative, humble, and smiling, ready to help 24 hrs, the rooms were clean and most amenities were present; I liked the QR‑accessed facilities and ordering system—fantastic. However, the rain showers need to be changed or serviced properly, the corridor feels claustrophobic despite being well maintained, and the room interior was dark because of the wooden laminates, though they were well kept.
