It’s a great spot to stay in Varkala, right next to the cliff point.

I didn’t actually stay, so there’s nothing to praise. On the day of check‑in I got a confusing message, and it was a hassle to find another place with my family. We tried to cancel the booking for a few weeks, but it didn’t update, and the rate changed because it was peak season.

The property didn't consider the booking confirmation and they were rude and said will not give room. Finally lot arguments happened between us and they agreed to give room demanding more money. Ultimately we didn't have any choice having family with me and kids. So I accepted to pay the amount they demanded and stayed there
