Room service was nice.

A very pretty hotel in the city centre with excellent service, but the air‑conditioning noise in the room was so loud that we couldn’t sleep; the staff handled the complaint very well and knew what it was about.

The hotel location was upgraded, yet the air‑conditioning system made noise and vibrations that prevented sleeping, so we left earlier than planned.

Breakfast was great, but our room was noisy because of the utility closet.

The food was pricey and lacked spices, which left me disappointed.
